Precisely, Wonko. Like the guarantee on the 100 000 petitions also.
I want a referendum on the new EU Treaty. A referendum was promised during the 2005 General Election by the big three parties, and one by one they have all ratted on that promise.
(Or should I say ratified on that promise).
